Genre: Adventure
Setting: Fantasy
Developer: Revolution Software

Join me in this, my sixth Let's Play, this time of the classic adventure game from Revolution Software: Lure of the Temptress. I chose to play the Amiga version, using an emulator called Winuae, since the sounds on the PC are not so good (MIDI for the sound effects? Ugh.).

You can download the Amiga version here.

(Boot off of Lure of the Temptress_Disk0.adf. When it asks for "Disk A," put in Lure of the Temptress_Disk1.adf. "Disk B" is _Disk2.adf, and "Disk C" is _Disk3.adf.)

Please note that I did download a few other versions from other sites (including WHDLoad) and I could NOT get them to work at all.

For non-Amigans (or for someone who doesn't want to struggle with Winuae), you can download the PC version free from Good Old Games at the link below.

It takes a lot of courage to do a "blind" LP of this game! :-)

Developer: Revolution Software
Publisher: Virgin Interactive

First Video in the Series:

Come along with me as I begin this journey through a dystopian city, with my little robot, Joey, as my only companion. Why is the council after me? How do we escape the city and exact bloody retribution upon them for killing off my entire tribe? Marvel as I face Officer Reich (who must be from Brooklyn), gab with two silly guards, feed a cat and steal from a dog, and get a hole drilled in my head... voluntarily. All that and more, for the low price of... nothing!

Is that a girl playing/narrating?

I finished this game! Developers have created a very interesting main character. The game is full of great humor! 90' was a great time for adventure games!

Thanks for the great videos!
